Brooklane 2 Hour Rental (Sun-Fri ONLY)

Service Description

2 hour event rental at Brooklane Community Center ONLY SUNDAY - FRIDAY, 4HR MINIMUM ON SATURDAYS! 2501 Brooklane Drive Hueytown, AL 35023 YOU MUST RESERVE & PAY FOR ALL TIME YOU NEED AT THE CENTER. This includes any setup, decoration, catering, etc. before your event, AND clean-up, take down, etc. after your event. The time you select is when the building will be unlocked. If you need to setup, decorate, etc. prior to the event, SELECT THE TIME YOU NEED TO GET IN THE BUILDING as your start time. If you need additional time, go back and select a longer reservation (4 hours, 6 hours). $100/hour, $200 total, full amount due at booking 3rd hour included at no charge for cleanup! Leave the space clean like you found it! Refundable up to 30 days prior to event date - All refunds will have a 3% credit card processing fee deducted - $100 fee for cancellation within 30 days of event date 2 HOUR RENTALS FOR SATURDAYS WILL BE CANCELLED! GO BACK AND SELECT 4 HOURS OR MORE FOR ANY SATURDAY RENTAL!

Cancellation Policy

Full amount due at booking. Refundable up to 30 days prior to event date. $100 fee for cancellation within 30 days of event date. All refunds will have a 3% credit card processing fee deducted.
