12 Round Tables (60" diam.) seats 6 (72 seats) set up for events

Approx. 3 extra round tables, 5 rectangle tables, and 35 extra chairs available - renter must setup and take down

Any tables or chairs which are moved or changed must be returned to their original configuration by renter before leaving.

Kitchen (for warming or cooling food only) – NO FRYING OF FOOD

2 Stoves, 2 Refrigerator/Freezer, 2 Microwaves

NO ice maker (BRING YOUR OWN ICE)

NO ALCOHOL OR SMOKING ALLOWED ON CITY OF HUEYTOWN PROPERTY!

YOU MUST RESERVE & PAY FOR ALL TIME YOU NEED AT THE CENTER. This includes any setup, decoration, catering, etc. before your event, AND clean-up, take down, etc. after your event.

The starting time you select at booking is when the center will be unlocked. NO EARLY ENTRY.

​

All rentals include 1 additional hour AT THE END for cleanup.

Rental rate: $100 per hour ($125 per hour if charging admission or fundraising)

4 hour minimum on Saturdays

2 hour minimum Sunday-Friday

Full payment due at booking. Refundable (minus 3% processing fee) up to 30 days before event.

​

Access to the Hueytown Youth Football field in front of the Community Center is NOT included in the Community Center rental.  No access to the field is permitted.​
