Approx. 80' x 60' space (4,800 sq ft)
24 Rectangle Tables (72”x30”) seats 6 (144 seats) set up for events
Approx. 10 extra tables and 50 extra chairs available - renter must setup and take down
Any tables or chairs which are moved or changed must be returned to their original configuration by renter before leaving.
Kitchen (for warming or cooling food only) – NO FRYING OF FOOD
1 Stove, 1 Refrigerator/Freezer, 1 Microwave
NO ice maker (BRING YOUR OWN ICE)
2 Restrooms
1 Stage 18’ wide x 8’ deep

All rentals include 1 additional hour AT THE END for cleanup.
Rental rate: $100 per hour ($125 per hour if charging admission or fundraising)
4 hour minimum on Saturdays
2 hour minimum Sunday-Friday
Full payment due at booking. Refundable (minus 3% processing fee) up to 30 days before event.
